Who Am I And What Qualifies Me To Help You?

Hi. I'm Hayley

I've lived the patterns I help women break. ADHD. Trauma. High functioning freeze that made me look super busy on the outside, but inside I was stuck, exhausted, and ashamed of 'never doing enough'. My nervous system was wired to survive, not thrive. So even when I wanted more, I stayed small, safe, and invisible.

With 30+ years in health and social care, plus studying Psychology, coaching, EFT and energy healing, I've seen every version of freeze. But it's my intuition that hears what you don't say. The pattern beneath the pattern. The part of you that's still waiting to take up space.

This work is where the pattern ends.

We don't force your fire, we free it. And we let your leadership rise from truth, not your trauma.
